The sessions are aimed at boys and girls aged 7 to 11 and their parents / uncles / aunties / grandparents etc. No experience is necessary.
The sessions are based on Volleyball England's Volley 2s programme. Volley2s takes young people from an easy to play catch and throw game through four developmental stages (Red, Amber, Green, Gold) to play 2v2 volleyball using new skills at each stage such as the serve, dig, set, spike, and block. New movement, tactical, problem solving and social skills are also introduced at each stage.
