We have three training sessions most weeks during the indoor season (September to April):
- Wednesday Bring Your Own Grown-Up - aimed at ages 7-11 and their parents, grandparents etc. Wednesdays, 5:50-7:10pm at Stowupland High
- Sunday open session - for adults and high school students, male and female, from 6-8pm at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre in Stowmarket
- Men's 1st team squad - from 8-10pm on Wednesdays at Stowupland High.
When the weather allows we also have weekly sessions on Sundays during the outdoor season (mid May to August):
Whichever session you're coming along to, wear trainers and comfortable sports clothing. Bring water with you; we recommend one to two litres for a two hour session.
